Respite Care Fund
Are you a caregiver who needs some time off from your caregiving duties for a few hours or a few days?
The respite care fund can provide up to $300 (per six months) for respite care services to eligible caregivers. This funding can be used towards purchasing respite care in the home, in an adult day care center, or in an assisted living residence or nursing facility.
To qualify for this program care receivers must be residents of Larimer County who are 60 years of age or older. Care receivers must also receive assistance with at least two activities of daily living.
