Caregiver Consultations
Are you a caregiver who feels overwhelmed with your current caregiving situation? Are you someone who is new to caregiving and looking for a place to start?
Schedule an in-home consultation with our Caregiver Support Coordinator. The purpose of a consultation is to provide guidance, support and assistance to caregiving families. The consultant will provide information and recommendations to the family based on their assessment of the caregiving needs.
The service is provided at NO COST to family caregivers. This service is funded through the Older Americans Act, which includes the National Family Caregiver Support Program. The program aims to serve families who due to the financial strain of caregiving would be unable to pay for this service independently.
