Registering Cells Phones for Emergency Notification

Recent fires have interested the public in learning how to register their cell phone for emergency notification. You can do this at http://www.leta911.org/. The Larimer Emergency Telephone Authority, LETA, has an enhanced emergency notification system that lets you receive emergency notifications on cell phones, business phones, via text messages, and e-mails. Land lines are already in the sytem. You must sign up with LETA to take advantage of this free service.
