Positive identification has been made on the male who was found deceased in the ponds behind Harmony Gardens at 4305 East Harmony Road, Fort Collins, Colorado.  The decedent, Gumaro Benhumea of Fort Collins, Colorado; Age 22; DOB June 20, 1987; died on August 2, 2009.  Next of kin have been notified.

 

An autopsy was performed.  The death certificate is signed by James A. Wilkerson IV, MD, Larimer County Deputy Coroner/Medical Examiner.

Manner of death is Accident.  Cause of death is Drowning.
