Release Date: Jun 12, 2014

Contact Information:

Myrna J. Rodenberger, Larimer County Treasurer, 970-498-7028

Larimer County Treasurer, Myrna Rodenberger, reminds taxpayers that all property taxes must be paid by Monday June 16, 2014 in order to be considered timely.   Please note the second half payment coupon was mailed with the original tax notice in January. The June 16th deadline is for taxpayers who pay their taxes in two equal installments; the first half was due February 28th. Rodenberger said failure to meet the deadline would result in the assessment of delinquent interest for late payment in accordance with Colorado State Statutes. Any property taxes not paid by June 16th will become delinquent on June 17th, and will bear the full month’s delinquent interest.

Credit card payments for current year property taxes will be accepted for the Larimer County Treasurer at www. larimer.org/treasurer.  Credit card payments can not be accepted over the counter or by phone by the Treasurer's Office.  If you do not have internet access and would like to pay your property taxes by credit card, a computer, located at the Larimer County Treasurer's Office, can be used.
If you have any questions regarding your property tax status, please call the Larimer County Treasurer’s Office at 498-7020.
