River Bluffs Open Space, located east of I-25 between the towns of Windsor and Timnath, will continue to be closed due to flooding along the Cache la Poudre River.  The closure is in effect for the trailhead and the 1.1 mile of section of the Poudre River trail from County Road 32E to the underpass at Highway 392.  The open space will reopen to the public when the flood waters recede and the area is safe for recreation.
