Larimer County’s Engineering Department has released its weekly Larimer County Flood 2013 Transportation Bulletin detailing continued repairs to local public roads and bridges.
Work next week includes the placement of new bridge girders on the bridge over the Big Thompson at Idlewild Lane (mile marker 78 roughly two miles east of Drake). This will necessitate a complete nighttime closure of US 34 from 9 pm on Wednesday, January 29th until 3 am on Thursday, January 30th. The detour route between Loveland and Estes Park is on US 287, SH 66, and US 36 through Lyons.

The bulletin is available at the County’s flood page on the Virtual Courthouse at:  http://www.larimer.org/flooding2013/ and citizens can subscribe to the website to receive information automatically as it is published.
