Larimer County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested Marc Robert Whitaker, DOB: 111176, of Fort Collins, today on multiple felony warrants. Whitaker, who was featured last week on Larimer County's Most Wanted, was arrested at a Windsor hotel this morning at approximately 8:20. Whitaker had nine felony warrants for his arrest including one for escape as well as numerous others for failure to comply with previous court orders.

The arrest was made without incident, although Whitaker did have a hunting knife on his person when arrested.

Two suspicious devices were reported to be in the vehicle recovered along with Mr. Whitaker. The Northern Colorado Bomb Squad was called to remove the devices and did so without issues. No additional information will be released while the investigation continues.

Mr. Whitaker is currently being held at the Larimer County Jail without bond.

The charge(s) are merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
