David Clack, Visual Artist for 2012

Please join us in celebrating the work of Larimer County Natural Resources Department Visual Artist for 2012, Nature Photographer, David Clack.  A reception will be held to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of David’s gallery and for the unveiling of David’s work from this past year as he photographed Larimer County's parks and open spaces. There will be a presentation to the County that night for one of the works that he will donate for public display in a county building.

The reception is from 6:00-9:00 PM, Friday December 7, 2012, at The Illustrated Light Gallery, #1 Old Town Square, Suite 103, Fort Collins. Additional new images created this past year from across Colorado will be on display as well. For further information: 970-493-4673 or  info@illustratedlight.com.

In David’s words, “I enjoyed the opportunity to capture the unique lighting and formations of the Larimer County parks and open spaces. It was an interesting and rewarding project through the course of this past year.”  David spent his term visiting Larimer County’s parks and open spaces to search for inspiration for his photography.

David is the Larimer County Natural Resources Department’s sixth visual artist. Previous years’ artists and the pieces they created can be viewed at http://larimer.org/openlands/artist.htm
