On Monday, September 24, 2012, Larimer County will close Waterdale Drive (County Road 29), at the bridge over the Big Thompson River, located approximately 3 miles west of Loveland and 1.25 miles north of State Highway 34, to begin construction of Project No. 8067 – Rehabilitation of Bridge No. 29-0.0-22H.   Construction is expected to be complete, and the road reopened to traffic approximately mid-December, 2012.  Work on this project will include replacement of the existing girders and deck with new prestressed concrete girders and a cast-in-place concrete deck. The existing concrete abutments will remain in place and be reused.
