On June 28, 2012 at approximatly 9:31 pm two drowning deaths occurred at a private lake near 757 S. Railroad Avenue, Loveland, Colorado, when the two men fell out of a boat while fishing.

The two male decedent's are identified as Myron Gilliand, age 68 and his son Rickie Pickett, age 37 both of LaSalle, Colorado.

An autopsy was performed today, June 29, 2012. 

Manner of Death and Cause of Death for both individuals are:

Manner:  Accident

Cause:  Asphyxiation due to drowning
