UPDATE: Openings at Horsetooth Reservoir

Horsetooth Reservoir: Effective June 29, 2012, the Satanka Cove area at the north end of Horsetooth Reservoir is open to all use, including boating and boat launching. Horsetooth Reservoir is open to camping, boating, and swimming at both Sunrise & South Bay swimbeaches. No campfires, no charcoal allowed.
Eagle’s Nest Open Space: Open to the public as of June 27, 2012
Horsetooth Mountain Open Space, including Horsetooth Mountain Open Space Trailhead and Soderberg Trailhead: Open to the public as of June 26, 2012
County Road 23, on the east side of Horsetooth Reservoir (aka Centennial Drive):open. Sunrise Swim Beach and other day use areas on the east side of Horsetooth Reservoir are also open.
