What you don't know can hurt you - and your family! Fewer than half of the 85% of family-owned businesses who want to pass on their business to the next generation succeed. Are you planning for the long term survival of your business? “Succession Planning in Family-Owned or Closely Held Businesses,” scheduled for Friday morning, May 11, 8:00 AM-9:30 AM, at the Loveland Museum, 503 N. Lincoln Ave. Presented byMandy Kotzman, Creative Pursuits, LLC.

This workshop will help you to gain an understanding of business development cycles and the importance of financial and personal planning; how to prepare for crucial conversations, how to deftly balance family and business needs; how to strategically develop competencies and personnel, and how to find professional support that 'fits' your needs.
·
Employers’ Roundtables are presented free of charge by the Larimer County Workforce Center and the Larimer County Enterprise Zone (with funds from the Colorado Enterprise Zone Marketing Grant). Loveland Employers’ Roundtables are also sponsored by the City of Loveland.
