Mobile Meth Lab Suspects Charged

Aubrey Ann Holland, DOB: 090787, of Casper, Wyoming, has been arrested on a number of felony drug charges including Unlawful Possession of Materials to Make Methamphetamine and Amphetamines (F), Unlawful Manufacturing of Methamphetamine (F), Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute (F), in addition to Drove while under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs (M), Reckless Driving (MT), Drove while License Cancelled/Denied (M) and False Reporting to Authorities (M).
Ms. Holland's arrest stems from a traffic stop August 31, 2011 where it was determined that Holland was driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. A search of the vehicle revealed a number of illegal items including materials commonly used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine.
Ms. Holland is being held in the Larimer County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
Also charged in the incident was Franklin Ray Runyan, DOB: 010478, of Fort Collins. Mr. Runyan was a passenger in the vehicle that was stopped. He was charged with Unlawful Possession of Materials to Make Methamphetamine and Amphetamines (F), Unlawful Manufacturing of Methamphetamine (F), Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute (F) and Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance (F).
Mr. Runyan was already being held in the Larimer County Jail on other charges with a $200,000 bond. An additional $100,000 bond has been added for the new charges.
The Larimer County Sheriff's Office was assisted in the investigation by the Northern Colorado Drug Task Force whose excellent cooperation was instrumental in making the case.
The charge(s) are merely an accusation and the defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
