Come play by the water’s edge this summer by volunteering as a Park Aide at Carter Lake or Horsetooth Reservoir. Park Aides help visitors enjoy the parks by assisting boaters at the docks and on and off the reservoir, and by answering questions and giving directions, and coordinating boat trailer parking.

Park Aides who volunteer twenty hours and more are eligible for a free volunteer parks pass to use on their off time. All Natural Resources volunteers are included in extra privileges such as being a part of special events, free continuing education classes, and trainings offered by various agencies.

Park Aide training is May 3, 2012. Please contact CJ Cullins, Volunteer Coordinator to sign up as a volunteer and for more information.
