Larimer County’s Office on Aging Advisory Council will host a presentation on Veteran's Administration services for seniors on Thursday, January 12, 2012, at 1:30p.m. at the Larimer County Department of Human Services offices, 2573 Midpoint Dr., Suite 108, Room 124 in Fort Collins.
 
Speakers at this free presentation include:
 
·         Debbie Pierson, Veteran's Service Coordinator, Larimer County Veteran's Service Office
·         Andrew Ruben, Public Affairs Officer, Cheyenne Veteran's Center
·         Kathy Anderson, Community Relations Representative, Pathways Hospice Honoring Veterans Programs
 
The 21-member volunteer citizens Office on Aging Advisory Council advises the Board of Larimer County Commissioners and the Office on Aging on matters of planning for older adults. The primary purpose of the council is to carry out the objectives and intent of the national Older Americans Act.
