  • All changes of address must be completed in the county in which they are located. You will need to go to the County Motor Vehicle Office in the county where the vehicle is to be registered to change the address on your vehicle record within 30 days of the new address becoming effective. Identification documents will be required. Due to the Driver's Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) the owner of the vehicle is required to visit the local county vehicle licensing office with proper identification to receive an updated copy of the vehicle registration. To proceed on this page with an address change within Larimer County, the requestor must be the owner of record. (You will not be sent an updated copy of the registration)
