• Public Hearing on Northern Integrated Supply Project (Glade Reservoir)

  The County Commisioners will host a special meering on Wednesday, July 9 to develop their comments to the Army Corps of Engineers on the draft EIS for the proposed Northern Integrated Supply Project (Glade Reservoir). The public is welcome to attend and provide suggestions for the Commissioners' consideration.

• Proposed 1041 Regulation Hearing Schedule

  The Larimer County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on the Proposed 1041 Regulation amendment to the Land Use Code on July 16, 6:30 PM, in the Hearing Room at the Courthouse Offices Building, 200 West Oak Street, Fort Collins. The County Commissioners will consider the proposal on August 11, 6:30 PM, also in the Hearing Room. The proposed code amendment would also designate power plants, electrical transmission lines and substations as matters of state interest which would require a County 1041 Permit prior to siting and development.
