Caregiver Toolkits are now available for family caregivers! Toolkits contain a variety of general information about caregiving issues along with an award winning caregiving book, The Comfort of Home. Toolkits also contain information about local resources for family caregivers in Larimer County including the new Family Caregiver Support Program.
