The Hub provides a coordinated multi-agency single entry process, which contributes to the safety of youth, families and community through rapid, thorough assessment; early intervention; and improved access to appropriate services.
The Hub is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by a team of intake specialists.
The Hub will provide community-based, family-centered services to Larimer County youth (ages 0-18) and their families such as:
- Child protection screening
- Comprehensive child and family assessments for at risk youth
- Detention Screening
- Early intervention and referral to appropriate community services
- Individual and/or family counseling
- Multi-disciplinary staffing

Monday through Thursday 8 AM-9 PM or Friday 8 AM-5 PM to meet with our staff who will:
- Assess your individual needs
- Provide direction and options
- Give tools and strategies for future use
