Community Resources

Community Resources utilize department and community resources to provide a variety of voluntary services to children and families.

As an on-site component of The HUB Community Resources provide crisis intervention to families experiencing children beyond control, parent/child conflict, or runaway issues. Personnel are available on site from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (weekdays) and after hours will respond by pager to The HUB. Referrals can be made by law enforcement personnel or parents through the main HUB number (498-6990). All cases will be processed at The HUB.

Family Group Conferencing

Family Group Conferencing purpose is to establish plans that provide for the safety and permanency needs of children and youth.

Family Resource Program

The Family Resource Program is a voluntary short-term program offered to families in Larimer County. The program is a resource center for families and offers a range of services to families in crisis.
