NOTE 19 - EXCESS OF ACTUAL EXPENDITURES/EXPENSES OVER APPROPRIATIONS:

The County may be in violation of Colorado Revised Statutes due to the over-expenditure of budget appropriations within the three major object classifications in certain funds and General Fund divisions.
