These Public Improvement Districts were approved in the November, 2007, election by the property owners in their respective districts. Each of these districts generate funds to maintain streets within the district.

DISTRICT ELECTION
At a Public Hearing on July 2, 2008, the Board of County Commissioners approved three new districts for the November, 2008, election:
