DESCRIBED BY LARIMER COUNTY COLORADO 1997 (RSC) THE STATION IS LOCATED ABOUT 12 MI (19.3 KM) NORTH OF FORT COLLINS, 8.5 MI (13.7 KM) NORTHEAST OF TEDS PLACE AND 5 MI (8.0 KM) NORTHWEST OF WELLINGTON, IN THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 14, T 9 N, R 69 W. OWNERSHIP--LARIMER COUNTY WAVERLY SHOP SITE, LARIMER COUNTY ROAD AND BRIDGE DEPARTMENT TO REACH THE STATION FROM THE INTERSECTION OF COUNTY ROAD 15 AND COUNTY ROAD 70 IN LARIMER COUNTY, GO WEST ON COUNTY ROAD 70 FOR 0.05 MI (0.08 KM) TO THE STATION INSIDE THE FENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE WAVERLY SHOP SITE THE MARK IS A STANDARD LARIMER COUNTY GEODETIC CONTROL BRASS DISK SET IN THE TOP OF A ROUND 40 CM CONCRETE POST PROJECTING 2 CM ABOVE THE GROUND. IT IS 27.1 M (88.9 FT) WEST-NORTHWEST FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE MAINTENANCE BUILDING, 22.1 M (72.5 FT) SOUTH FROM THE CENTER LINE OF COUNTY ROAD 70, 14.0 M (45.9 FT) SOUTHEAST FROM A FENCE CORNER, 13.5 M (44.3 FT) WEST FROM A PAVED WEST ACCESS ROAD IN THE MAINTENANCE YARD, 10.4 M (34.1 FT) SOUTH FROM A CHAINLINK FENCE, 9.7 M (31.8 FT) EAST FROM A CHAINLINK FENCE AND 0.7 M (2.3 FT) EAST FROM A WITNESS POST.
