Campaign Finance
The 2009 Coordinated Election will be the last election in which the county clerk and recorder is a filing officer for campaign and political finance. Effective January 1, 2010, all reports previously filed with the county clerk and recorder will be filed with the Colorado Department of State. This is a result of the passage of HB 1357, passed by the Legislature in May 2009.
