- Colorado Campaign and Political Finance State/County Training Manual - These publications provides the legal requirements for campaign contributions and expenditures in Colorado. The publications include summarized information as well as the full text of relevant sections of the Colorado Constitution, Colorado Revised Statutes and Secretary of State Rules.
