Guidelines for Data Purchased
Review the guidelines below to order voter registration data from the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder. When you are ready to make your request, please complete and sign the Request Order Form , print it and send it to our office by mail or fax at:

Clerk Policy
No order will be processed without a written request through the County Clerk's office. This request must be by letter or fax and signed by the person ordering. Please list billing address and phone number. The data is guaranteed at the time of processing. Please review information immediately upon receipt. Social Security Numbers and dates of birth are now confidential according to state law and will not appear in any data. Voters who have requested a confidential status will not appear on uncertified documents. Data will be run according to the districts on our files. Any further sorting will be done by the purchaser.

Example of charges per record: There are approximately 57,000 active registered voters in the City of Fort Collins. If a registration list were requested for this district it would cost $400.00.
Registration List - Current list of voter records.
Pollbook - Certified list as of the registration deadline.
Certified List - List of voters eligible to vote in a specific district.
Street Locator - Printout of street names with ranges and zip codes.
Research - $20.00 per hour, $10.00 per 1/2 hour, $5.00 per 15 minutes.
The following are priced as listed below:
Labels- Voter addresses printed on labels. 4¢ per label.
Election Results (Abstract)- Election results for a specific election. $25.00 for a complete abstract. $1.25 per page.
Mail-in Records- Mail-in requests and mail-in ballot returns are available for $100.00 per election. *Upon request, Early Voting elector names will also be included in the Mail-in Record once Early Voting starts at no additional charge.
