If you are a victim on a case that the District Attorney's Office is prosecuting and you have not received a Victim Impact Statement, call (970) 498-7284. A Victim Impact Statement is a form completed by a crime victim that informs the court of the physical, emotional and financial impact of the crime.

If you have not been receiving restitution payments that were ordered to you by the Courts, call (970) 498-6139.
