The Office of the District Attorney is a state office constitutionally established to enforce the criminal laws of the State of Colorado. Divisions include Felony, Juvenile, Traffic/Misdemeanor, Intake, Investigations, Central Services/Discovery and Victim/Witness.

Mission Statement

Subpoena Verification System
Subpoenas issued to witnesses have a 12-digit number printed on their subpoena forms. Witnesses can call (970) 498-7182 and enter the subpoena sequence number to confirm their appearance for trial at any time before the trial. You may also check your

May 31, 2013 - Colorado Law Enforcement Torch Run
District Attorney Cliff Riedel and Senior Investigator Charlie Robles joined other law enforcement from Colorado to increase awareness and raise funds for the special Olympic movement.

May 11, 2013 - 5th Annual Sean May Memorial Run/Walk
DA staff and family members raise money and particate to honor Deputy District Attorney Sean May from Adams County who was slain in his backyard in 2008.

February 9, 2013 - Boulder Polar Plunge
DA staff and family participated in the Polar Plunge hosted by Special Olympics Colorado and the Boulder Police Department. The team raised over $800 for Special Olympics.

September 22, 2012 - Jailbreak 4-Mile Run/Walk
DA staff and family members participated in the Jailbreak 4-Mile Run/Walk on Saturday, September 22, 2012. Sponsored by the Larimer County Sheriff's Office, the Jailbreak Run raised over $10,000 for the Child Advocacy Center.

March 17, 2012 - Partner's Mentoring Youth Sponsored Sharin'O'Green 5K Race
Thirty-eight District Attorney Office staff, family and friends participated in the 5K Race with the team name of Seamus McGuilty and the WHO DUNNITZ.

December 9, 2011 - Drug Free Poster Contest
The District Attorney's Office, along with local law enforcement and Team Fort Collins, sponsored the 23nd Annual Drug Free Poster Contest. Winning Posters are featured in the 2012 calendar.

December 3, 2012 - Santa Cops
District Attorney Office staff and family members supported local law enforcement and families in need in our community by wrapping gifts for Santa Cops.

February 26/27, 2011 - High School Mock Trial Competition
Deputy District Attorneys Renee Doak, Bob Percifield and Amanda Duhon served as coaches during the school year for students at Rocky Mountain High School, culminating in their participation in the high school mock trial competition.

February 27, 2011 - Child Advocacy Center
District Attorney Office staff participated in the Zumba Fundraiser for the Child Advocacy Center. Their efforts helped raise $1,400 for the children of Larimer County.

December 18, 2010 - Habitat
Fourteen members of the District Attorney staff volunteered their labor in the construction of a home for a single mother and her two sons to be completed in early 2011.

January 6, 2011 - Mock Trial
Three deputy district attorneys from the District Attorney's Office provided leadership and guidance in the mock trial presented by students at Liberty Commons School in Fort Collins.
