District Attorney

The Office of the District Attorney is a constitutional state office established to enforce the criminal laws of the State of Colorado. Divisions include Felony, Juvenile, Screening, Traffic/Misdemeanor, Investigation and Victim/Witness.

New Subpoena Verification system
New!! Starting September 22nd, subpoenas issued to witnesses will have a 12-digit number printed on their subpoena forms. Witnesses will be able to call (970) 498-7182 and enter the subpoena sequence number to confirm their appearance for trial at any time before the trial. You may also check your Subpoena Status Online.
