Overwhelmingly, by a margin of almost 30%, Population Growth was identified by survey respondents as a critical problem for Larimer County in 2001. The other four issues - Alcohol Abuse, Illegal Drug Use, Teen Pregnancy, and Violent Crime - were identified at similar rates of around 10.4% of the respondents. (Community Concerns)
