Code Compliance
The Code Compliance Section of the Larimer County Planning and Building Services Division seeks to enhance County areas and citizens' health, safety and general welfare through efficient and effective enforcement of the Larimer County Land Use and Building Codes. Code Compliance staff strive to conduct all actions in a responsive and fair manner focusing on customer service and public awareness while respecting the property rights of County citizens.
