Code Compliance Complaint Form

Use the following form to submit a complaint to the Larimer County Code Compliance Section. Upon receipt, Code Compliance staff will investigate complaints or forward the complaint to the proper agency for action. In order to process your complaint with minimum delay, certain information is required.

A fully completed complaint form is necessary before code compliance staff can investigate, unless a life-threatening issue exists or it is otherwise deemed appropriate to act.

It may only be released to respond to a lawful court order, upon advice of the County Attorney's office, or with the permission of the complainant. Please check whether or not you desire information revealing your identity to be disclosed. Failure to select disclosure or non-disclosure will result in that information being subject to disclosure.
