- Workforce Training Incentives - New and existing companies can receive customized training assistance, if eligible, for new employees.
- Colorado FIRST Customized Training Program provides funding for training of new employees of companies relocating to Colorado or going through a major workforce expansion
- Colorado Existing Industry Training Program provides funding for retraining workers in new skills mandated by a major technological change within the company
The Front Range Community College Institute for Community and Professional Development assists local companies in obtaining training grant funds for newly hired and existing workers.
- Local Property Tax Business Incentive Agreements
- Colorado state law authorizes municipalities and counties to negotiate on a case-by-case basis "Business Incentive Agreements" ("BIA's") for property tax relief with businesses that have qualifying new or expanded business facilities.
