Kathay was elected Larimer County Commissioner in 1998 and re-elected in 2002. She represents the entire county but lives in District 1 which is approximately the northern third of the county. She was elected the Chair of the Board of County Commissioners for 2001 and 2004.

Glenn was raised in Grand Island, Nebraska, and moved to Larimer County in 1967. He was
elected Larimer County Commissioner in 2000. He represents the entire county but lives in District 3 which is approximately the southern third of the county.
