Description	Joint planning commission for Town of Estes Park and surrounding county to advise Town Board and Board of County Commissioners on land use matters and applications.

Qualifications	All County Appointees need to be eighteen years old and residents of the unincorporated portion of the Estes Planning Area for at least one year prior to their appointment.
Term Length	4
Meets	Third Tuesday of the Month, 6:00 p.m. Board Room of the Town Hall, 170 MacGregor Estes Park For the exact date/time and locations of meetings held this week, please refer to the Commissioners' schedule.
Time Commitment	12 hours per month
