The application window for the Impact Fund Grant Program is from June 1 - June 30.   To learn about 2024 funding please check back in the spring. 

New to the process?

Here are our recommendations for getting started:

Step One: Familiarize yourself with the Areas We Fund and Eligibility Criteria to ensure your program might be a good candidate for grant funding.

Step Two: To help you develop a competitive application we recommend you:
- Review the 2024 Sample Application (PDF) , 2024 Sample Application (Word) , and 2024 Sample Budget Worksheet
- Review the required application documents below
- Learn more about the Evaluation Process
- Review Post-Award Resources for more information on accounting, expense guidance, insurance, contract terms, and  Reporting guidelines.

Required Application Documents

  • W-9 (2018 form or later)
  • IRS Public Charity Designation Letter or EIN Verification Letter
  • Organization's Current Annual Operating Budget (current fiscal year)
  • Organization's Most Current Income/Financial Statement (P&L) 
  • Organization's Most Current Balance Sheet
  • Most recent audited financial statements (if applicable)

Note: Documents are stored in your organizational profile. Please ensure documents are updated with the most up-to-date information.

Step Three: Attend an upcoming Applicant Class. Although these classes are not required, they are highly recommended.

Step Four: Jump into our Grant Portal and complete your application.
