Internet Broadcasts of County Meetings

LIVE audio broadcasts of some public meetings are done over the Internet from the County Courthouse Offices. Video broadcasts of those meetings that are televised on cable TV are also broadcast.

Regular Meetings Currently Broadcast

Meeting Schedule Description
Commissioners Administrative Matters Tuesday 9:00/9:30 a.m. The first half hour is reserved for open comment from any citizen who wishes to address the Board. The remainder of the meeting is to handle routine administrative items or to discuss operational issues with staff. The broadcast will begin at 9:00 a.m. if there are citizens present for the public comment period, or 9:30 for the scheduled agenda items if not. These meetings are also saved for later playback. Content from each meeting will be included in the minutes from that week.
Commissioners Land Use Items 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Mondays 3:00 p.m. Discussions of land use items. Meeting varies in length with a scheduled agenda. Held on Tuesday if the Monday falls on a Holiday. Content from each meeting will be included in the minutes from that week.
Planning Commission 3rd Wednesday of every month and 3rd Thursday if needed, 6:30 p.m. Discussions of long range master plan and recommendations on zoning, rezoning, subdivisions and Special Reviews. Meeting varies in length with a scheduled agenda.
