PUBLIC HEARING CONSENT ITEMS:        *Will not be discussed unless requested by Commissioners or members of the audience.

*1.  GLACIER VIEW MEADOWS 4TH FILING LOTS 38 & 47 LOT CONSOLIDATION/EASEMENT VACATION, FILE #12-S3129:  Request:  A Lot Consolidation to combine Lots 38 and 47 of the Glacier View Meadows 4th Filing into one lot and vacate and 20’ utility easement along the common lot line.  If approved, the recording instrument for this application will be a Findings and Resolution from the Board of County Commissioners;  located at 4238 and 4268 Green Mountain Drive, Livermore, Colorado.

*2.  BRAUCH SUBDIVISION LOT 4 AMENDED PLAT, FILE #13-S3162:  Request:  Amended Plat of Lot 4 to allow the construction of a 40’ x 60’ accessory building outside of the platted building envelope;  located  East of CR 17 (Shields St.) north of Douglas Road. 

*3.  LEHMAN-TIMBERLINE MINOR LAND DIVISION, FILE #13-S3154:  Request:  Minor Land Division to separate an existing residence and 5 acres from a 45-acre parcel to allow approximately 40 acres to be developed as the Mail Creek PLD;  located North of Zephyr and east of Timberline Road

*4.  XCEL NATURAL GAS LINE POUDRE AT TIMBERLINE FLOODPLAIN SPECIAL REVIEW:  Request:  To allow the installation of an underground transmission line within the Flood Fringe and Floodway Overlay Zone Districts

PUBLIC HEARING DISCUSSION ITEM :

5.  3317 E MULBERRY STREET APPEAL, FILE #13-G0247:  Request:  An appeal to Section 8.1.5.c.4 of the Larimer County Land Use Code; Section 9.1.1.a, c. & d of the Larimer County Urban Area Street Standards; and recommendations from the jointly adopted I-25/SH 14 Interchange Study and US 287/SH 14 Access Management Report to allow access from Greenfields Court;  located on the southeast corner of the intersection of E. Mulberry Street and Greenfields Court.

8:30am - 10:00am                                 Commissioner Donnelly will visit with citizens at the Light House Café @ The Grace Place, 250 Mountain Avenue, Berthoud

11:30am - 1:00pm                                  Commissioners Donnelly and Gaiter will attend National Tourism Week Luncheon, Fort Collins Marriott, 350 E. Horsetooth, Fort Collins

5:00pm - 7:30pm                                   Commissioner Donnelly will attend North Front Range Metropolitan Planning Organization Transportation Orientation, The Ranch Conference Center, Loveland

6:00pm - 7:00pm                                   Commissioner Gaiter will visit with Waverly and Buckeye citizens, Turning Point at Waverly School, Waverly

6:00pm - 8:00pm                                   Commissioner Donnelly will speak at Workforce Center's YouthLINK Program Graduation, Lincoln Center, 417 West Magnolia, Fort Collins
