The Board of County Commissioners met AT 9:30 a.m. with Frank Lancaster, County Manager; Chair Bender presided and Commissioner Rennels was present. Also present was Jean O'Connor, Clerk to the Board.

MOTION

Commissioner Rennels moved that the Board of County Commissioners approve the following document as presented on the consent agenda:

06122003A001 GRANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT FOR WIA/WAGNER-PEYSER FUNDING

Motion carried 3 - 0.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 9:35 a.m.
