SPECIAL SESSION OF THE

BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

The Board of County Commissioners met in Special Session at 9:50 a.m. with Frank Lancaster, County Manager. Chair Olson presided and Commissioner Disney and Rennels were present.

M O T I O N

Commissioner Disney moved that the Board of County Commissioners approve the General Release and Settlement Agreement for Reynaldo Guzman.

Motion carried 3 - 0.

There being no further business, the session adjourned at 10:00 a.m.
