Larimer County Projects Highlighted in CoPIRG Report

Two Larimer County Rural Land Use Center projects were highlighted in CoPIRG's Smart Growth Hall of Fame Report released 12/5/2001 in Denver.

The two projects, Swift Ponds RLUP and Douglas Farms Exemption, were applauded for offering positive options in the realm of development. The projects went through Larimer County's Rural Land Use Center process. Jim Reidhead is the Director of the Larimer County Rural Land Use Center.
