Online Real Property Protest
The official protest period for 2008 has now ended. The assessor's office will review all submitted protests and a Notice of Determination will be sent on or before June 30, 2008.If you are satisfied with the value, the process ends and your tax will be based on the value reflected in the notice of determination.
If you disagree with the Assessor’s decision, the next step is to file an appeal with the County Commissioners’ Board of Equalization. The address for the County Board of Equalization (CBOE) is listed on the notice of determination, and space is provided to explain your reasons for requesting further review.
